Twelve (12) Reasons For Joining The Summit Club

1. Great Downtown Location.
   The Summit Club is conveniently located on the corner of Gervais and Sumter Streets, on the 20th floor of The Tower at 1301 Gervais. Its location makes it easy for you to meet clients, friends, and business associates for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an afternoon cocktail. The Club overlooks downtown Columbia, the State Capitol Building, historic Trinity Cathedral, and the University of South Carolina.
2. Private Dining Rooms.
   Private dining and meeting rooms are available for Members’ use at no additional charge. The Club offers eight private rooms that can accommodate parties from two to three hundred people. These rooms offer the perfect setting for all of your business and social occasions.
3. Complimentary Breakfast Buffet.
   Members are welcome to a complimentary breakfast buffet every Wednesday morning. The cost is only $5 for guests and reciprocal members. An assortment of breakfast foods will be provided, including fresh waffles and made to order omelets. 
4. Breakfast a la Carte.
   Members enjoy our Breakfast a la Carte Menu every Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Main Dining Room.
5. Impeccable service and cuisine.
   The Summit Club offers an eclectic mix of Continental Cuisine using only the freshest ingredients available in the marketplace. Working very closely with our purveyors we are kept abreast of new products and trends in the marketplace throughout the country. This allows us the opportunity to provide only the best and most exciting menu offerings in Columbia.
6. Business Support Services.
   The Club provides business support services to Members, including meeting rooms, wireless internet capability, fax and copy service, and various audio/visual equipment.
7. Reciprocal Privileges Worldwide.
   Members have the opportunity to enjoy reciprocal privileges at over 180 private city and country clubs located throughout the World.
8. Access to Local Country Clubs.
   Members of The Summit Club have access to local country clubs for dining, golf and tennis privileges including Columbia Country Club, Country Club of Lexington, Spring Valley Country Club, The Country Club at WildeWood and Woodcreek Farms, the University Club, and the Windermere Club.
9. Personalized Reception and Special Event Planning.
   The Summit Club provides professional event planning to Members at no additional charge, including wedding receptions, business functions, or any special events.
10. Monthly Calendar of Social Events.
    The Summit Club is known for its elaborate buffets and special events. These events allow Members and their family to interact in a social setting with friends, colleagues, and business associates while making new acquaintances.
