Wedding Receptions
For Member wedding receptions:
- No room rental.
- Linens, China, glass and silver are all included.
- Cake cutting service is included.
- Private rooms for Bride & Groom and Band are included.
For sponsored wedding receptions:
- Contact Catering Director for room rental prices.
- Sponsored Guests are required to pay the full balance of the event upon departure.
For all wedding receptions:
- Member/Host is responsible for providing own entertainment, wedding cake, flower arrangements and favors.
- Mirror Tiles and Votive candles may be rented from the Club for use as centerpieces.
- The Summit Club staff will setup and breakdown the event at no extra charge.
- A variety of packages and menus are available to suit a range of events and budgets. Clarification regarding policies, available dates, or any other questions or concerns is readily available upon request.
Capacity
The Main Dining Room will hold up to 300 people for a standing reception and up to 150 people for a seated dinner. The capacity of the other private rooms range from 4 people up to 160 people. View a photo gallery of our banquet facility.
